However, in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.


CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Shapesfightwears.com ships products to customers in various countries, and we want to make it clear that any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the recipient’s country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Shapesfightwears.com does not have control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. Customs policies and regulations vary widely from country to country, so we recommend that customers contact their local customs office or tax authority for more information about potential fees.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and pay for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. Failure to do so may result in the order being held or delayed by customs. If a package is returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees or taxes, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs and restocking fees.


DELIVERY TIME

For Custom Made Products
The estimated delivery time for a CUSTOM-MADE BJJ Kimonos is between 15 to 20 Days. In rare cases, the delivery might be subject to influences beyond our control, such as fabric availability or natural disasters. In those cases, delivery might take slightly longer.
Delivery times around the winter holidays may also affect the delivery date for which Shapes Fightwear does not have any control over.
Extra Custom Embroideries on Gi may take up to 4 to 6 additional days to manufacture. We will email you the completion & shipping estimate time after your order is placed.

For Ready to Wear Products
Ready to wear products typically ship within 3 business days, but the time of arrival is subject to the shipping courier, the destination of your choice and other unforeseen variables.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RETURNS

It is important to review the policy keenly before your purchases at shapesfightwears.com. The policy describes your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases. So, please understand them carefully before placing your order at shapesfightwears.com.

Custom-Made Products

We offer no refunds in any case, as we sell custom-made products. According to international law, as we cannot reuse or resell the product (the item having been specially made for the individual according to their 100% custom preferences and body measurements), there is no resale value, Hence, we DO NOT accept returns for any reason except production error. My suggestion is to read the “Custom Gi Guide” carefully before entering the dimensions in the required fields which are available in Custom GI Guide.


-In the case of a production error, the customer is required to take and upload a picture of him/herself wearing the product displaying the error and email this information to support@shapesfightwears.com. In the case of a measurement error, we require pictures showing the measurements which are wrong or the areas, which the customer feels does not fit him/her well (holding a measurement tape, showing the measurements). If your request for return is accepted, the customer will be notified immediately. Incorrect measuring from the customer does not qualify as a production error.

-Once an order is placed online, it is processed immediately and the production process is commenced instantly. Please note that cancellation of orders is thus not possible after the transaction is completed.

-In case of any alterations (approved by us), customers are required to pay for all costs associated with having the product shipped back to shapesfightwears.com. We suggest that all deliveries be returned by your local national airmail (small packet) service, as it is the most economical way to ship the product back. Please also mark the invoice value as zero and indicate that the goods are for alteration purposes only.

-Any additional measurements or preferences/style detail, and/or alterations to measurements and preferences/style details must be sent to support@shapesfightwears.com via email within 24 hours of order placement. Please note that we only store the original submitted measurements in our database so additional measurements or style details, or alterations to measurements and style details should be sent via email within 24 hours for all consequent orders as well.

-Custom Made Gi re-ordered or re-made at a different date from the original order may slightly differ in colour shades as each fabric lot and fabric roll is milled separately.

-Confirmation emails of purchase will always be sent to the email provided upon completion of order placement. Customers are kindly requested to check that emails from our company are not marked as junk or spam. Customers are also kindly requested to contact support@shapefightwears.com if they do not receive the emails due to unforeseen Technical reasons.

-Gift Vouchers or Promotional Vouchers purchased online through our website are non-refundable.

-As an act of goodwill, customer service and striving for excellence, shapesfightwears.com will inform customers if we suspect incorrect measurement submissions. However, we will not hold orders for more than 48 hours. Suspicion of incorrect measurement submissions may also add to the delivery period.

-Should there be a discrepancy in the invoice you receive, please email our customer service team and we will send you an updated official invoice.

-For standard BJJ Kimonos sizes, there are many brands in the market and each brand provides different sizing and fit for standard BJJ Gi sizes. shapesfightwears.com standard sizes clearly give you the dimensions of each size. Please view the size chart carefully. For further questions, please email us at support@shapefightwears.com.

Ready-to-Wear Products

shapesfightwears.com is willing to accept any Ready to wear products that are in resalable condition if we receive the product back within 14 days of the time of purchase. You may receive a refund, less shipping. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). Exchanges are allowed, but are limited to 14 days from the time of purchase and must be following the same stipulations as refunds except that exchanges are also permitted if you ordered the wrong size.

*Due to hygiene concerns, compression shorts, groin cups, mouthguards, bras will not be eligible for return under any circumstance.

We will accept returns on Ready to wear BJJ Gi/Kimonos, Gear only under the following conditions:

Acceptable Terms:

  1. Items must be in the original packaging
  2. Items must be clean and free from wear
  3. Items must be unwashed
  4. Items have all original tags and accessories items that were included in the original shipment (i.e. stickers, laundry bags etc.)

Unacceptable Terms:

  1. Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria
  2. Items are smelly, dirty, or appear to have been used
  3. Any marks, stains, tears, rips, or any other visible or detectable damages or use of the product


REFUND POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom gi’s cannot be returned upon delivery unless there is a flaw with its construction (tears, rips, embroidery issues) in which case we will have a new one made.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Deductions
We will deduct the payment processing fees imposed by 2Checkout, as well as the charges for creating mockups of custom-made products in the case of pre-production from the total refund amount.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
