- This form is not binding, we use this as a tool to get the ball rolling, we will contact you to make sure that you get all the information we need to give you the best pricing possible we will quote.
Bespoke/Customized Product Development
Shapes Enterprises also develop your designs or mockups of the products or our professional designers do it for you at very reasonable rates.
Upon getting the full detail with a clear image of artwork, design, or models of your required products. Our strong and professional R&D team makes it real for you.
Customer specified design is always secreting.
Labeling/Logo
We stamp/Logo and label on products as per client requirements and as decided during the ordering process.
The cost of bespoke/customize products may vary due to quantity, design, material, colors, labeling/Logo, etc.
Product Sampling
We receive numerous inquiries every day requesting samples of our products for quality evaluation purposes, we have devised a policy to offer samples on request.
Sample requests are not free of charge and payment for such items will be required.
All the products are made to order for bulk orders, therefore we do not stock or store the products. We require a minimum of 2-3 weeks to supply the samples order requested.
In the case of certain products samples availability, we ship immediately after clearing the sample payment and shipping cost. We provide the Courier Company Tracking number and a digital image of the required samples after shipping for follow-up.
If the buyer has a courier account number, we can use this to send samples.
The payment of sample cost and shipping cost can be transferred following ways:
- Transfer direct to Bank Account via XOOM. (Fast & Convenient)
- Payment By Bank Wire Transfer (Swift)
- Payment By Western Union or MoneyGram
If it is even one piece or pair, we shall entertain every inquiry on its turn. Therefore, we shall appreciate your patience to wait for the requested samples.
Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order quantity orders for any product are different (mentioned in Custom Bulk Order forms).
Order Completion Time and delivery
Order completion time depends on the quantity of your order, however, generally, we require 3 to 4 four weeks to complete your order. We review and will inform the exact order completion time on the price quote.
We Use the Following shipping mode for the shipment: –
BY Sea: – Arrival in 30-45-days.
By Air: – Arrival in 7-12-days.
By Pak Post: – Arrival in 14-21-days.
By DHL/FEDEX: – Arrival in 05-07-days.
Payment Terms
- We accept advance payment through wire transfer (TT) in our company bank account.
- Transfers through the above-mentioned methods are also acceptable for small orders and sample orders.
Currency
We usually use US Dollars Currency, but we can make Invoice with Euros or other International Currency according to your requirements.
